Illegal Content Policy
Effective Date: 02/10/2026
The purpose of this policy is to clearly define the categories of content that are strictly prohibited on JBB. These guidelines are derived from applicable law, credit card association rules, and acquiring bank policies. Any content that falls within the categories below will result in immediate removal and may result in account termination.
⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy
JBB enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward all content categories listed on this page. Violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
1. Underage Content
Any and all depictions, actual occurrences, references, marketing or advertising to or from sites that contain references to underage content are strictly prohibited — in all mediums, including Hentai or animations.
2. Bestiality Content
Actual or implied sexual acts between humans and animals are prohibited in all mediums, including Hentai or animations.
Note: Sexual acts between men and/or women in the presence of animals are acceptable, provided that the animals are not included in the sexual acts, unless the marketing of the site infers bestiality.
Special Note on Furry-Related Content
- Content that depicts furries and humans engaged in sexual acts is not permitted.
- Content that depicts furry characters engaged in sexual acts with another furry is acceptable.
- Per Visa regulations, a furry that contains human-like characteristics is not permitted.
3. Non-Consensual Content
Any and all depictions, actual occurrences, references, and marketing of rape, involuntary sex, forced sex, or sex with a person who has been drugged or is unconscious are prohibited — in all mediums, including Hentai or animations.
The following specific content types will not be accepted:
- Hypnotism content: Depictions of models being placed under hypnosis prior to engaging in any sexual act, including those performed by a hypnotized individual on themselves.
- Sleeping fantasies: Sexual acts performed while an individual is asleep.
- Drug/Alcohol Related Non-Consensual Acts: Depictions of sexual acts on or by a model who is near-unconscious or passed out due to excessive alcohol or drug use.
- Kidnapping/Abduction: Depictions of individuals being taken against their will, including any depiction of individuals being slipped a drug or chloroformed. The terminology “Damsel in Distress” or “DID” should be used as a red flag when reviewing associated content for non-consensual material.
Important Notice: Consent disclaimers do not make a website compliant per credit card association rules.
4. Bodily Excretions
Any and all depictions, references, and/or actual occurrences of the following are prohibited:
- Scat or fecal matter;
- Menstruation or a woman’s period;
- Person-to-person water sports;
- Person-to-person vomit; and
- The elimination of any bodily waste on another person.
Per bank standards: Any content that depicts a person urinating on themselves or consuming urine is also not permitted.
5. Extreme Violence
Acts of extreme violence and/or depictions of extreme violence are prohibited in all mediums, including Hentai or animations. The following are specifically prohibited:
- Blood;
- Self-mutilation;
- Cannibalism;
- Depictions of gore inflicted by oneself and/or another individual or group;
- Autopsy photos;
- “Snuff” or “Fantasy Snuff” content and/or content involving or implying death or serious bodily injury;
- Extreme pain, or content implying or suggesting extreme pain;
- Suffocation;
- Chloroform (a substance used to intoxicate an individual and cause unconsciousness);
- Crushing of live bugs or animals; and
- Flogging (severe beating).
Note on spanking: Light redness from spanking is acceptable. Content depicting extreme welting (deep purple or red discoloration) or bloodletting/broken skin as a result of spanking will not be accepted.
✅ Acceptable BDSM Content
Sites with common depictions of BDSM that are not extremely violent are acceptable in all mediums, including Hentai or animations. Acceptable content includes:
- Bondage;
- Latex;
- Domination;
- Submission;
- Discipline;
- Hot wax content;
- Body piercing;
- Light sadism; and
- Light masochism.
6. Prostitution & Escort Listings
Any and all sites running, participating in, and/or advertising the direct solicitation of sexual acts for money are strictly prohibited. This includes Sugar Daddy/Sugar Baby relationships.
7. Celebrity Content
Any and all images, movies, and/or names of celebrities are considered celebrity content. A celebrity is defined as a mainstream, well-known, and/or famous individual that the average person would recognize as such.
The following celebrity content will not be accepted:
- Paparazzi-style content;
- “Celebrity fakes”;
- Compilations of scenes taken from movies; or
- Celebrity sex tapes (celebrities nude or performing sexual acts).
✅ Acceptable Celebrity Content
Content depicting celebrities who have clearly consented to make an appearance on a website is acceptable.
8. Incest Content
Any and all depictions, actual occurrences, and/or references to sexual relations between persons who are so closely related that their marriage is illegal or forbidden by custom are strictly prohibited — in all mediums, including Hentai or animations.
9. Diaper Model Content
Diaper model content is not accepted. This includes any and all depictions, actual occurrences, and/or references to diapers, diaper fetish, and/or sites that depict models in diapers — in all mediums, including Hentai or animations, whether sexual or non-sexual.
⚠️ Important: Any mention that models are underage, or are infants/pretending to be infants in diapers — whether in text, description, video, or audio — is prohibited whether staged or not.
10. Content Detrimental to Brand
Any material that can be considered harmful or detrimental to the card brand’s name is non-compliant with our payment processors. This includes, but is not limited to, content of a sacrilegious or racist nature.
