JBB is an online e-library selling many collectible products such as rare e-magazines, comic books, e-books, photographs, prints, art, coins, and adult toys. We specialize in digital media products but we also sell some physical products. 
2. What can I do when a particular “item” can’t be found on your site?

Three Downloads per Item: We understand the importance of flexibility and convenience, which is why each e-book or e-magazine in our collection allows for up to three downloads. This allows us to save bandwidth due to the amount of information we must share. We know that inconveniences can arise, therefore, in case something happens, you can contact us and we will kindly assist you.

Recommended Device Storage: For optimal convenience, we recommend downloading your purchased e-books and e-magazines to your device for offline access. This way, you can enjoy your favorite reading materials anytime, anywhere, even without an internet connection.

6. What is your refund policy? [Important]
  • Digital products: We do not offer returns or refunds. Once a digital file has been emailed to you and you have downloaded the file, there is no refund since you received the item you ordered.  We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds for digital products. Please ensure that you carefully review the product details and make an informed decision before making a purchase.

Purchasing means agreeing to JBB’s Terms of Service

  • Physical products: if your item has been damaged in the mail we will refund based on product price and shipping.
7. How do I suggest other products that aren’t featured on your site? 
Easy and fast. Visit our contact page and provide us with any info that you may deem helpful to the growth of our site. We have found many of our products through customer feedback and encourage everyone to offer their suggestions to improve the site for everyone’s benefit.
8. How do you deliver your products? [Important]
Digital products will be automatically e-mailed to you, no shipping fees will be charged. Once you place your order, check your email (including the spam folder) to download your items.

Physical products will be sent by regular mail according to instructions. Every physical product will have its specifications and delivery information. 

9. In what currency are your items priced?
We list all of our products in US dollars. We mark the price as follows: USD$XX.XX. This indicates the currency in US dollars. However, some European visitors could see the prices in euros (EUR). 
10. What is a digital product in PDF format?
A PDF digital product format offered by JBB is a complete, watermark-free* reproduction of a magazine or book that you can use to read on any digital device that you have such as a computer, a tablet, a cellphone, a laptop, or an iPad. It is a high-quality file that will look good on any screen and can even be printed in black and white or in full color.

* Some items could have a watermark depending on our providers’ capabilities and disponibility. In those cases, we always specify if the product includes watermarks.

11. How do I download an e-magazine or an e-book?
E-magazines and e-books are available for immediate download. You can log in to your account by clicking here and download your magazine. You will have 30 days available to download your products. If for some reason your download time expires, then you will have to contact us by clicking here so that we can reset your downloads.

You have 1 month to complete your downloads after the purchase date. After you have purchased this PDF file, it is yours, you own it. You can store it on any computer or tablet that you own and read it anywhere.

12. Is there a maximum quantity of items I can purchase at one time?
No, you can buy the quantity you need to buy. If the product is physical, it will be a maximum available that will show disponibility. 
13. Where Can I find a Coupon Code?
You can receive coupon codes with discounts being part of our newsletter. You will have the opportunity to use coupons with 10%, 20%, and 30% off!
